About Me

With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life. My passion is to work with individuals to help them establish and achieve their goals. Through this journey, we are able to realise personal strengths and potentials that are waiting to be unlocked.

The control to create change lies within you – my role is simply to guide you along the way. Let me help you feel empowered, confident and strong, not only in the gym but deep within yourself too.

I have been training with Jen for almost 2 years. She has changed my body in so many ways - strength, endurance & stamina. But much more than that has been the changes in my attitude, confidence and appreciation of myself. I would still rather watch Netflix, but I love how I feel after a session.
